Restaurant Quality Griddles
Griddles are great for grilling or frying foods; such as, omelets, pancakes, or carne asada.
They come in sizes from 1- 6 feet.
Can be ordered in gas and electric.
Accutemp makes the best restaurant griddle on the market today, but the competition is respectable and will hold up for many years.
Efficiency and recovery time are greatly enhanced, the thicker the plate selected. These sizes can range from 3/8 to 1" thick.
The types of food being cooked and the production level will determine the proper size and type of griddle to purchase.
